Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before October 31, 2025 will receive a 100% refund (minus processing fees). Partial Refund: Cancellations made between November 1 – December 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund. No Refunds: After December 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued.
